That’s because it follows “a man who becomes sexually obsessed with a DVD recording of the first film and who imagines putting the ‘centipede’ idea into practice.” The content seems to go several steps further than the first installment of the planned trilogy, as it apparently “presents graphic images of sexual violence, forced defecation, and mutilation,” with the perspective being that of the main character.
